21 days …

This is what I wrote to your Dad today Natalie … it has been 21 days since Mommy has been able to hold you, kiss you, sleep hand in hand with you, read to you, cook for you, snuggle you …. everything with you. I love you Meepy, I don’t know why your Dad is doing this to you.

Sam,

Today at the recital Natalie again told me she wanted to see me. This time she told me she wanted to come to my house after school tomorrow Monday 2nd December.

It’s been 21 days since you forcefully started restricting Natalie’s access to her mother. She has told me it’s against the law to visit me. You have not returned the passports and have not paid Natalies tuition all of which you previously promised. You have breached our in faith agreement. I fear for my children’s emotional well-being each and every day.

According to our divorce agreement in which it is clearly stated joint custody, I am allowed visitation with my children during the school week and every other Friday. From the signing of our divorce agreement in April until the 8th of November this meant the children essentially were living with me during the week and visiting you on the weekends. The children believed this to be the situation for the foreseeable future. You have chosen to alter that without consultation lying to the children in the same way as you and your father did me and my family.

You are also responsible for paying the school fees which you are now overdue by many weeks. For children’s sake, please allow Natalie to visit her mother and pay their school fees as soon as possible.

Regards,

Kathy
